We have never seen your food look so fine. This grater is ideal for all your fine grating needs, like parmesan, citrus zest, and even chocolate! You can grate directly on to food without the nuisance of having a big blocky grater, or an additional plate to grate on to. With this grater, you grate towards giving optimal control. As such, the grater is handed, and there are right handed and left handed versions available.
